In 2021, they were named one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Europe! As they rapidly scale in the US, they’re looking for a Sales Development Leader to join the team and build the SDR function.
- Recruit, train, and optimize a team of 5+ SDRs who are responsible for inbound and outbound sales in the US
- Work on enhancing sales pitch and process to achieve successful results
- Track metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance
- Oversee usage of team systems and tools, including Gong, Outreach, and Salesforce.com
- 5-7+ years in the software sales space
- Must have prior experience at a high-growth company as an SDR Manager.
- Self-starter with proven success as a sales leader
- Previous experience of successfully coaching, mentoring, and training teams
- Experience using CRM tools such as SalesForce.com and outreach tools such as Sales Navigator and Outreach
- Ideal candidate will be located on East Coast or a short flight away from New York City.
