We've partnered with a fast-growing eCommerce SaaS company that's changing the customer journey for brands across the globe. In 2021, they were named one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Europe! As they rapidly scale in the US, they’re looking for a Sales Development Leader to join the team and build the SDR function.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and optimize a team of 5+ SDRs who are responsible for inbound and outbound sales in the US
  • Work on enhancing sales pitch and process to achieve successful results
  • Track metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance
  • Oversee usage of team systems and tools, including Gong, Outreach, and Salesforce.com

 

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years in the software sales space
  • Must have prior experience at a high-growth company as an SDR Manager.
  • Self-starter with proven success as a sales leader
  • Previous experience of successfully coaching, mentoring, and training teams
  • Experience using CRM tools such as SalesForce.com and outreach tools such as Sales Navigator and Outreach
