This is an opportunity to play a key role with a true industry disruptor!
** NYC or Chicago-based. **
- Become an expert in the client’s product suite and value proposition.
- Generate sales pipeline with c-level executives at top CRE companies; including a focus on net new business and expansion of existing accounts.
- Effectively conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and strategy sessions with potential customers.
- Effectively utilize partner networks and internal resources to win business.
- Partner with internal teams to accurately address client needs and ensure successful implementation and continued use.
- You have at least 3 years in an Enterprise B2B SaaS closing role.
- You have a demonstrated history of exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
- You are inquisitive, a critical and creative thinker, and persistent!
- You’re a team player, willing to work with internal and external resources to close deals.
- You have knowledge of/ an interest in Commercial Real Estate.
- Must be located in NYC or Chicago area
