I've partnered with a fast-growing MarTech company that's expanding its team in the US. The company offers a one-of-a-kind personalized video solution that allows global brands to connect with their customers on more of a 1:1 approach. They are looking for a Sales Development Leader to join as a player/coach and work with the VP of Sales to help scale the SDR organization. As the team grows, this position will grow into a 100% leadership role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual sales targets.
  • Include hands-on sales development tasks.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands its customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Assist with recruiting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Develop best practice operating strategies and provide direction for the business development team, help to hire, onboard, train, and manage SDRs.
  • Motivate SDRs to meet and exceed goals through coaching and ongoing training.
  • Enhance processes to achieve lead generation goals, report on metrics, and obtain KPI.

 

Requirements:

  • 4 years of SDR experience with 2 years as a team lead or direct manager
  • B2B Enterprise Sales Experience – must
  • Excellent phone & email communication skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Proven experience recruiting and retaining teams
