My client is a leader in the FinTech space whose turnkey platform automates data which helps their clients turn insights into decisions ten times faster than the norm.

Their goal is to empower finance teams to be strategic with access to accurate data in light-speed time.

As an SDR Manager you will be crucial in the development of revenue by assisting your team in generating leads and cultivating long-lasting relationships. This role will have a heavy focus on developing & hiring driven team members, while overseeing business analytics and attainment to pipeline creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train and coach SDRs while monitoring reps activity-based KPIs

  • Work cross functionally in order to build pipeline a consistent pipeline

  • Ensure all sales processes are executed consistently and continually improve

  • Design and implement outbound sales campaigns

  • Own and manage all sales reporting within tech stack

  • Achieve or exceed team goals and production

Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years of experience as an SDR Team Lead / Manager

  • Highly analytical, with strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail-driven and a master multitasker with an eagerness to learn and improve with feedback

  • Track record of achieving sales goals
