This is an opportunity to launch, hire, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in a fast-growing company and play a key leadership role within their new commercial team.

Candidates must be based in the NYC area and have experience building a business development team.
- Own pipeline generation for North America; translating inbound interest into qualified opportunities and conducting outbound outreach to key target accounts.
- Manage and coach BDR team; measure individual performance against target, conduct weekly one on ones, improve their skills in their current role and ensure each individual in your team has a career progression plan.
- Collaborate with other sales leaders to design and implement strategies and optimize communications and approach.
- Experience managing and coaching BDR teams.
- Experience in the Payments or B2B SaaS industry highly preferred.
- You're a leader and have a passion for developing others through their career progression.
