Company Overview:

We have been retained by a growing B2B SaaS company that has created a no-code mobile testing platform that allows engineers to focus on what they do best: creating a beautiful customer experience. Customers have reported saving thousands of hours in testing their mobile apps, and the ability to deliver in a fraction of the time. Our client has a team of dedicated, high performers and is backed by two Tier 1 VC firms. We have been asked to identify the head of marketing to help them achieve 5x growth targets. This role will report to the CEO and work closely with the VP of Sales, engineering team, and customer success.  The company HQ is in NYC, but this person can be based remotely. 


  • Develop comprehensive and best in class demand generation strategy. 
  • Develop and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, Content Marketing, email, display advertising campaigns, and marketing automation and tooling

  • Work closely with the CEO and sales lead to diagnose lead quality challenges and help optimize conversion rates across the funnel
  • Use a data-driven approach to optimize online marketing campaigns for effectiveness. Measure, track, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns to assess goal (ROI and KPIs) achievement

  • Create materials that can be leveraged by the sales and customer success teams

  • Own product marketing for both Pre- & Post-launch of products and features including positioning, messaging, gathering customer feedback
  • Partner cross functionally and lead ideation of growth strategies. 

  • Plan, implement and measure experiments and conversion test

  • Elevate the company brand, exemplifying its disruptive nature in the mobile testing and development ecosystem


  • 6-8 years experience in fast growing B2B SaaS companies, as a marketer

  • 3-5 years hands-on demand generation experience

  • Comfortable wearing many hats in a very fast-paced work environment

  • Experience marketing to engineers

  • Experience working with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams

  • Goal-oriented, KPI driven self starter

  • Creative, curious, and loves experimenting
