I've partnered with a fast-growing MarTech company that's expanding its team in the US. The company offers a one-of-a-kind personalized video solution that allows global brands to connect with their customers on more of a 1:1 approach. They are looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join the team.
- Manage the relationships with our biggest Enterprise customers
- Work closely with our Project Management, Sales, and Creative teams to build strong relationships with our clients
- Understand our client’s business and what they are hoping to achieve
- Become an advisor and help them improve their existing marketing communications
- Find growth opportunities within each customer and work with Sales to grow accounts.
- Has a strong ability to develop C-level relationships
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing CSM role with Enterprise level clients (Tier 1 Financial Institutions highly preferred)
- Proficient in Salesforce and G Suite, particularly Sheets and Slides is preferred
