Over the last 3 years, the US has become the #1 fastest growing market for their B2C product, and an innovation center of excellence for its global counterparts. 

We are looking for an (ideally East Coast based) Director of US Sales to join the rapidly expanding US team, to lead the expansion of the US B2B business. The company has proven product-market fit and a team of Account Executives based in Europe to support the initial roll out. We are looking for an inspirational, globally minded, sales leader to accelerate growth in the US.  This person should have proven experience leading, coaching, and scaling a sales team in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup environment. As the company’s first sales hire in the US, you'll be given direct responsibility over a growing team of Account Executives, and will lead the go to market strategy.



  • Develop, own, and execute the go-to-market strategy for the US-based sales team

  • Hire and manage a team of Account Executives/SDRs and coach them towards 100+% quota attainment

  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews and develop a detailed understanding of the strategic business needs of each of your team’s accounts

  • Identify knowledge and skill gaps, develop a training plan and bring your team’s performance to the next level

  • Assess market trends, determine root cause of commercial challenges, and identify and overcome potential risks for sales processes

  • Refine the Company understanding of US use cases and feed product requirements back to the product and engineering teams

  • Leverage the foundational sales processes currently in place including a comprehensive playbook, CRM automations, sales strategies, and collateral  to optimize, iterate, and fine-tune them for US needs


  • Experience both as a hunter and minimum 4 years of experience as a team lead in B2B SaaS sales, preferably with both SME and Enterprise clients

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and KPIs

  • Target-driven mentality and a fearless approach to your work

  • Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
